It’s a partnership where we work together to tell your story and fight for the justice you deserve.
Powers Injury LawLawyers have the privilege of representing those who can’t represent themselves, and the only way to do this very important job is to listen to our clients and hear their stories. After ten years of practice, Jessica founded Powers Injury Law in order to offer clients an experience where communication is central. This can be done most effectively in the small firm environment.
Our results in court speak for themselves, but the process by which we get you those results is what defines Powers Injury Law. Our founder, Jessica Powers, makes client communication the primary focus. We listen to you throughout our representation, knowing that your story doesn’t end immediately after a traumatic event has altered your life. Pain, suffering, loss of enjoyment, and other injuries continue over a course of time. A full understanding of these injuries requires ongoing communication. We know that you are best served if we listen every step of the way, start to finish.
While we welcome you to visit us at any time, we also ensure that clients enjoy direct access to an attorney via cell phone. We appreciate that your job or other responsibilities may leave you unavailable during “business hours,” so we established a texting policy that provides convenient communication with your attorney any time during the day or evening.
Throughout her career, Jessica Powers has developed strong relationships with clients and continues to keep in touch with many of them while also representing their friends and family.
